I lead a global team at Deciphex, building AI-driven products and services implemented in our clinical diagnostics company, Diagnexia. My team has developed a multi-organ AI-based screening tool that has provided a safety read for over 100,000 NHS clinical cases in the UK, ensuring patients receive accurate and timely diagnoses.
We've also built a multimodal case assignment engine that combines morphological feature detection from whole slide images with clinical context extracted from accession cards. By fusing visual and textual data, the system predicts case complexity and risk at accessioning, enabling intelligent routing to pathologists based on subspecialty expertise and workload.

Previously, I was a data science consultant at PwC Ireland — a member of the "Big 4" consultancy firms — where I contributed to many impactful client projects. These included supporting end-to-end business migration workstreams during a global M&A overseeing €85Bn in assets and assisting the HSE during their ransomware attacks to minimise the impact to wait times and patient outcomes.
